Applying to the Program

You may download our application and submit the application along with the required materials or you may submit your application through PASS  (Postdoctoral Application Support Service) The American Dental Education Association, a national professional organization representing dental education, manages the Postdoctoral Application Support Service. The following materials are required in an application:

1. Application

2. Three letters of recommendation (one from the Dean of your Dental School)

3. Board Score results

4. Dental school transcripts

5. Curriculum vitae

 Our application deadline is October 30th, 2004 for applicants applying for the 2004-2005 resident year.  Applications are reviewed and selected applicants are invited for interviews. Interviews are generally conducted in late November and early December.

Our program participates in the National Matching Service for resident selection.  Applicants are required to provide a Match number.  Click here for a link to National Matching Service.
